If your bracelet arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at forever7bracletcompany@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement or find the best possible solution.

How do I clean my FOREVER7 Bracelet?

We recommend gently wiping it with a slightly damp towel, then going over it with a microfiber cloth to get that gorgeous shine.
